These commitments help us train safely, improve together, and enjoy the process of becoming elite.

Learning, Effort & Growth

Show up with purpose and improve through effort and curiosity.

  • Arrive on time, prepared and ready (kit on, phones away)

  • Give consistent effort, even when sessions get tough

  • Try new skills without fear of mistakes

  • Focus on technique over just winning

  • Set one small goal and reflect on your progress

Respect

Treat people and training areas with care.

  • Listen when coaches or peers are speaking

  • Use positive, encouraging language

  • Look after equipment and leave areas tidy

Communication

Speak honestly and with respect; listen actively.

  • Ask questions when you are unsure

  • Tell a coach if you are hurt, tired, or overwhelmed

  • Share ideas and feedback respectfully

Self-Control

Manage your emotions and your actions.

  • Stay calm when frustrated or challenged

  • Use mistakes as a chance to learn, not give up

  • Be safe with how you move and how you speak

Wellbeing & Responsibility

Care for body and mind, and own your choices.

  • Warm up properly, hydrate, and rest when needed

  • Speak up about pain, injury, or concerns

  • Admit mistakes and take responsibility

  • Follow instructions the first time
