The Journey to Speed
Inspired by a last-place finish in a running race as a teenager, Dwain set a goal, dedicated himself to training, and ultimately became the fastest British teenage sprinter in history.
In his 30-year career, Dwain has competed at the highest echelons of sport, achieving significant success at the British, European, and World Championships, as well as representing his country on the Olympic stage.
Mindset & Mentorship
Dwain now coaches and inspires athletes and individuals to promote a mindset focused on achievement. Using sport as a catalyst, he teaches essential life skills: discipline, overcoming setbacks, problem-solving, and the science of setting and reaching goals.
"Passion and drive are the foundation. Discipline is the vehicle."
